I can't mind the manuel. I only found the Lynx 14. Will that work?

Can someone give me VERY CLEAR instructions on how to use the rings.

Manual for 14 will work, models differ by battery. Oh, 14E has lamps to indicate exposure instead of needle in 14. You can read manual for Yashica Electro G series (G, GS, GSN) on how lamps indicate exposure.

Rings...are rings. And they are covered in manual for Lynx. If you are completely new to manual exposure, please don't hesitate to read some basic article on it - I'm afraid to suggest anything specific as probably I've misunderstood you.

second to btgs, basically yashica's manual is all the same in one series of product line e.g. lynx, electro or TLR...the difference might lies in minor technical difference like the battery, meter, exposure indicator, etc, but the operation is completely the same.

the rings, yashica lynx 14e has 3 rings eh? shutter speed, aperture and focus.

if you totally new to analog film camera, then you might want to read and learn the correlation between aperture and shutter speed, if you know it already, then all the ring stuffs might not even a problem
