Doh, I didn't see that my canister had a 100iso DX code... I usually have the 400iso ones... Well, I ended up overexposing my film by 2 stops...
I see on the film datasheet that it can be pushed to 3200iso, but it's never mentionned that it can be pulled...
I once did the same mistake. I developped it has if it was a 400iso (with HC-110). I ended up with a severely overexposed film, but at the scanning and with photoshop, I could save some pictures...
Has anyone pulled HP5 by 2 stops? What would you suggest for developing?

10mins in Xtol 1+1 works just fine in my experience. The Massive Dev Chart is a good place to look:

You really shouldn't have any problems pulling the film 2 stops. I've found that the latitude on that emulsion is amazingly forgiving.

I'm only thinking aloud, but it seems tro me that you're going to end up with very low contrast negs, if you use a standard developer for a shorter than normal time. I'd be inclined to think about softer acting developers, perhaps Perceptol or something like that. Does anyone else agree?

I dev my HP5+ 400 ISO in HC-110 dil H for 10 min, 20C. For every stop pull, I subtract 20% in dev. time. So, my idea is to run the developer for 6 min, 20C for ISO 100. Hope it helps

I've never done this, and so far I've only developed 5 rolls of film with HC-110, so use that to gauge my (lack of) expertise
I think I'd try HC-110 dilution B for around 3 minutes @ 20C (the recommended dev time for ISO 400 is 5 mins) - the overexposure will give lower contrast, so the stronger highlight contrast with HC-100 (providing it's not diluted too much) might help.
But before you decide what to do, I'd strongly recommend you wait until someone more experienced comes along with some advice
Best of luck - do let us know what you end up doing and how it goes.

Thanks for your reply. I might try your idea Ian. And thanks for the link!
