Note that this is the TV version of the lens, and probably lacks focusing capability. With the very narrow DOF of this lens, that makes it pretty close to useless. Unless you need a paperweight... 😀 Seller makes no mention of this. Usually there are problems mounting the lens, because of the internal baffles in the camera. The normal lens has cutouts on the rear protrusion, the TV lens does not.
Didn't check any further to see if the camera was a 7sz, but doubtful.

According to the answer to the question asked about focusing, the lens has been modified with the addition of a focusing cam. The SN of the lens places it as a late one, as I recall. Strange beast, if the description is accurate. The lens should have also lacked the cut-away on the rear element that allowed the cam to protrude. That would mean cutting the lens element, modifying the tube holding the rear element, and machining a focusing cam to make the lens work normally.
Maybe a bargain, depends on condition of both camera and lens. I wonder if Canon ever made the TV models with a focus capability? Especially if they were designed for TV use, what would be the focus point? Lots of questions and a large amount of money doesn't make it appealing to me.

I didn't think the TV version had the "wings" for mounting the .95 lens on the Canon 7 series. Maybe this is a bit of a hybrid that someone like Brian Sweeney put together? 😉

The TV version does have the proper mount for the 7 and 7s, and came with an adapter to C mount.
Yes, a focusing cam can be added to the 0.95 TV lens. But it's a ring of metal, and it blocks some of the rear element. It will affect the speed of the lens. (Not that the f:0.95 lens is anywhere near T:0.95 anyways.)
