HU: a 35/3.5 in Nikon/Contax mount

This auction looks like a lens in Nikon S/Contax RF mount. The focusing mismatch for 35/3.5 between the two systems will be negligible, and maybe it is just short enough to fit postwar Contaxen. No idea about its qualities though.
 
I've never heard of Atco. I wonder if it's related to 1 of the other 3rd-party manufacturers who offered lenses in Contax & Nikon RF mount, like Acall, Komura, etc.
