The dude isn't a fraud (he's been selling camera stuff for a long time) but that's a remarkably low price for him: I've seen him ask well over US$500 for a KHAF. There's something funny about it, I'm sure, and you'd never get your money back.

It may be a bad picture, but there appears to be several dents on the front and top of the body.

One dent under the winder, another one above the lens near the top edge, scratches on the glass without close-up photos, 22% tax (!) if you're in the EU, and no PayPal makes this one I'd personally be happy to avoid. The only time I've bought an item from a 98% seller, it happened to be junk.
The upside - maybe $300 below market value for an item in this apparent condition - ain't worth the potential downside.
