If you are holding a rebate check dated November 14, 2008 or earlier, don't cash it--the company Canon contracted to process and issue rebates has just filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and the check will probably bounce. Instructions for getting replacement checks will be posted this week on the Canon web site.
