Ambitious, but rubbish
I don't have any personal experience with it yet; I bought one for my wife for Christmas so we'll see I'll see how it is in s few months. If you do a search for it here, people seem to like it ok, as long as you understand its limitations. It is basically a more consumer oriented version of the Fujifilm X10, which people seem to like. It has the same sensor and everything.

I've had one for a few months now and am very pleased with it for what it is. Good lens, exposure, features. I am now used to twisting the lens to turn it on. It meets my needs for a better-than-iPhone compact digital.

They are going for $200 new on Amazon. I'm really hoping the XQ1 comes down to that price soon.
