FYI it is also this price at Amazon. Sounds to me like they are clearing them out... There isn't an FX2 equiv is there?

There is an XQ1 out now,perhaps that is the replacement?

B&H is sold out of red and tan, only black remains. The price at Amazon is now $199😱! Perhaps I should have waited a week, and saved $50:bang:.

I don't have any personal experience with it yet; I bought one for my wife for Christmas so we'll see I'll see how it is in s few months. If you do a search for it here, people seem to like it ok, as long as you understand its limitations. It is basically a more consumer oriented version of the Fujifilm X10, which people seem to like. It has the same sensor and everything.

Is this camera any good?

I've had one for a few months now and am very pleased with it for what it is. Good lens, exposure, features. I am now used to twisting the lens to turn it on. It meets my needs for a better-than-iPhone compact digital.

They are going for $200 new on Amazon. I'm really hoping the XQ1 comes down to that price soon.
