The rewind lever seems to be there. It's a little bit overexposed in the picture but it's certainly there. Yes, this seems like a good deal. I just paid over 300 euro for a iiia + Summar lens.

I don´t get why all this people is selling only in the USA. With the low dolar/euro ratio he would have sold it inmediatly.
Shipping overseas is "a hassle" for a lot of people. I've done it for 10 years, and do not plan on stopping. BUT: it means standing in line at the Post Office, getting the correct forms- which depends on how you are sending it, and paying a lot more money for shipping. Forget using surface mail for overseas. They put it on a soccer field and use it for practice. First Class International is inexpensive, but only for light items. Global Express is a PAIN in many countries as they more strictly enforce value and customs. Global Priority is not cheap, figure $30 for a single lens. SO: this package is heavy, would require Global Priority and insured/declared for $500 to cover any loss. International Insurance only covers ~60% of the loss, and it will take about 1 year for the investigation. As a customer, would you wait a year for a refund or just do a Paypal Chargeback? It is a real hassle, and puts a lot of people off.

I'm fortunate to have a Post Office both within walking distance of my work place and my home. Folks who live in the suburbs are not so lucky. Plus, if they work a regular job - the Post Office opens and closes while they are at work.
If you work weekdays 8 to 5 PM - shipping international using the US Post Office means getting to the post office before they close at noon on Saturday. Plus, as Brian stated - you have to know which paper work to pick up before you stand in line.
Contrast that to domestic Priority Mail - where here in Austin, I can use the automated kiosk with my credit card. The kiosk for domestic mail is open 24/7
If you do mail items overseas - do use Express Mail Services / Insured - which guarantees delivery in one week. The trouble here is when the person on the other end doesn't want to pay for this service. I had a Canadian buyer give me a hard time for two weeks - after he insisted on using the First Class rate. The lens took over a month to reach him.

By the way, that's a nice kit up for grabs. A camera, three lenses and Visoflex for $300 USD is way cheap.
Overseas shipping is not really a big deal, just fill out the documents on line, print out the labels (I use adhesive label in the laser printer) and place the item in the drop box at the post office. No waiting in line or anything and the drop box is open 24 hours. 🙂
I've shipped lenses all over the world in priority mail envelopes and they arrive in less than a week for $12.30. Last one went to Australia. Just make sure to use plenty of bubble wrap. The envelope won't look like an envelope when packaging is complete, more like a blob, but it works. 🙂
Oh, and dont use the USPS insurance. Mark the item at say $10/gift for customs, and use third party insurance (available to most countries.)

I gave up on selling overseas with most of the items I sell (the average is $400/$500+) selling overseas with complete insurance coverage is way too expensive.
Marking that package $10/Gift for beating the customs is often requested, but when that WW2 IIIC K Grey or 1945 US Army Leica doesn`t make it through the mail to it`s new owner they are OUT $2,000 or $3,000 dollars! ~ NO INSURANCE is too much of a risk for me to take, I always make sure my overseas buys are insured, I`ve NEVER paid import taxes on anything yet myself, and I`ve bought lenses and camera bodies out of Europe a few times now.......
Even when I send out for CLA`s I over-insure to the call of $500+ more then the items worth, I might not be able to replace the camera/lens and it`s personal history, but I make sure that I`m covered in value, when it leaves the house.
I never ship/sell without FULL coverage insurance, and it helps for many Europeans or buyers in Asia to have relatives in the states, that works way better! And it`s CHEAPER shipping to them 🙂

This isn't a rare IIIc, and it's not $2k-$3k....and didn't I say something about third party insurance? 🙂 (FYI, third party insurance usually tops out at $1k.)
