I question this seller's having changed user names so recently. That's a risk.

hadn't noticed that. looks like they've been buying things recently, so it looks fine to me.

The old wind lever with the larger shutter dial (TTL version) will not work well from the view in one of the photos looks like they touch. I'll give this one a miss. Could be good for some though 😕

I don't see how the leatherette is different from other TTLs.

The M2 style advance lever works fine. The M3 type does not. A number of people had the same conversion.
