The big online auction site has one of these posted by jiri. Auction number 270227386948. Has the black tripod foot which is harder to find. Wish I had some money. Just paid the federal and state income taxes.🙁

The red "C" means the lens is coated, I'm not sure about the scarcity of the hood.

It is unfair to post this in the "Leica screw mount copies" forum...Leica NEVER made a lens like it!!
As for the hood, it's not THAT hard to find, and on top of that, any 52mm lens hood will do!

This lens rocks! I have two of them. One for my SLR and one for my RF camera.

Bidding ended at US $368.63 . Not a bad price for this lens. No last minute snipers. Winning bidder was from Singapore.

US Tax rebates are going out today. Can finally afford a little rice to mix in with the beans for dinner.

As for the hood, it's not THAT hard to find, and on top of that, any 52mm lens hood will do!
