Hi,

If no strap then an old boot lace (the woven flat sort) will do.

For ordinary cameras a figure of eight knot in the end and then a thin bit of black nylon threaded round the FoE knot will give a small loop for the body.

The XA4 one ought to be do-able with one of those toggles used on tapes etc. Or a bead each end and a small "key" ring to fix on the body...
