Which one looks best to you? I know, I know, only one shot each, not remotely scientific. Both f2.8 at 1/250, Ferrania 100, FED-2, handheld.

The I-61 has some weird spots going on above the flower. I'd take the 26 over the 61 in this circumstance.

Looks like the I-26 has some "swirliness" in the lower left corner. I'd also go with it.

It's interesting that the colour saturation seems markedly higher in the I-26 shot? I do like the 'swirliness' in the corners of the 26 shot too, reminds me of the lens on my Lubitel, only without the slight vignetting.

I much prefer the I-26. I have the I-50 version and have been thinking about getting a 61 L/D to supplement it but may rethink that after seeing this. Is your I-61 the L/D version?

Thanks, guys.
I do not know if my I-61 is the L/D. How do I tell?

My I-61/ld is black & has click stops. it's a 55/2.8 & came on my Fed 5. Has Lantham glass. Has a slight orange yellow tint instead of bluish tint like on my I-26. It's a good lens.

Oh! BTW to my eyes the I-26 is a bit easier to look at. Just a tad bit sharper I think!

I like OOF areas (bokeh) better on the I-61 Sharpness is pretty close. the I-61 has less light falloff in the corners too. To really judge the sharpness I'd have to see the negs -Kievman
