Nice gear. But considering you're studying photography, I have to ask: Why a wide-angle, a short telephoto, and no standard lens?

Thats because i couldnt get my hands on a noctilux for the day, and i just wanted to go out and have some fun.

yes stuart is correct, i go to brooks institute in santa barbara.

and yeah we can check stuff like that out for a day ( only to be sad and bring it back the next morning )

i truly feel privelaged to be able to have such equipment avaliable for me to use ( albeit for one day ) ( there are MP's in the back too 🙂 ) now if only my student loans dont kill me, ill be able to buy a leica in.... 30 years?

For what you're paying, they'd BETTER let you take that kind of stuff out for a day.


I think my M2 used to belong to the University of Calgary. From what I hear, there's some pretty good stories attached to this thing.
