I got trapped

a friend of my wife has a daughter that wanted modeling shots for her and her friends. So I got "volunteered". I'm not a portrait guy at all. Seven teenagers and four hours later I got one for critique. Be gentle, I like shooting landscapes, they don't demand so much.

The lighting and skin tones look very good. As does what we can see of the styling.

based just on this, well done.

Her hand, I think it is, is very distracting. If these are actual model shots her mascara would need to be redone. Also, the oblong catch light is kinda wierd. These are all rather nit picky, its a wonderful shot.
