...and it was about rangefinders😀.

Is it a good sign when one has an actual REM dream about owning a Leica M4-P? I'm scared now...damn you RFF! In the last month I have actually started having dreams for the first time in about 10 years. Must be the nuclear power plant about 5 miles away up the Lake Ontario shore🙂.

My dreams also seem to come true as well. One I had about three weeks ago was climbing a spiral staircase to the top of a NY highrise. In my dream I kissed this girl i was hanging out with in real life alot and she looked at me like I had three heads and got angry with me. When I woke up that morning, I ran into her on the way to class and she told me to screw myself before I told her anything... Does this mean I'm going to end up with a Leica M4-P sometime soon 😀 ?

And so starts the transition to "the dark side"..

To mix the various Sci-Fi related quotes... once you begin down the path to the dark side, resistance is futile 😀

Sit back, relax, and start searching for that M4-P 😀

Cheers
Dave

Apparently the subliminal portions of RFF are working well...
I wouldn't worry too much until you get to the dream where you're going about you usual daily routine wearing only the M4-P.
Oswego is too cold for that a good part of the year!
And you'll need some pockets, at least, to carry the other lenses and film, etc.
No, seriously, it's OK. 🙄
You're a goner. It's terminal. Welcome aboard!

i had a dream recently where i was in a room with all these women and my clothes started to disappear...or was that a 'movie' on my computer...🙂
<bad homer simpson voice> "mmmm, nurses..."
sorry, joe, but I had to get that out of my head. 😉

as long as you don't dream about kissing the camera, i'd say you're ok still.

Thanks for the encouragement...I think🙂.

As for the rest of you, I think I am a goner. Dcsang, you need to be shot for combining the best and second best Sci-fi series (which is which? you decide...politics aren't allowed on RFF the last time I checked 😀 ) together in the same sentence😀...what is wrong with you?!?

And yes, Oswego is waay too cold for that sort of thing🙂. For those of you who don't know, it is on the eastern shore of Lake Ontario, or the easternmost Great Lake. We are on the national news at least twice a year for obscene amounts of snowfall, and when there is a wind advisory for the area no student weighing under 100 pounds is expected to go to class and they are legally excused from papers, tests, and even final exams. Not the kind of place for THAT sort of thing...

Anywho, now I'm on a quest for a Leica...grr, I thought I was done looking at stuff after I get my 70-200/2.8 next semester...I feel like Lewis Black eating candy corn every Halloween..."Hmm, candy corn. Corn that tastes like candy. Maybe I'll try one...YUCK! Screwed again!"

I've had the same dream these last few days of chickens; and I'm trying to get over this flu. Time to see the doctor. 🙂

No, it means you are going to end up with a screw mount rangefinder, probably a Canon P.
