After several years with digital equipment I have returned to my first love B&W RF work. With a new R2A and 15, 35, 50 and soon 75mm equipment my photography interests have been renewed. The Leica cameras/lenses were sold to buy digital equipment -the newspaper required them- and for several years the bills were covered. Now that I have left the immediate world of PJ, I again have time for my work. CV or VC as you wish - is the only way to return to RF at this time-Money off course. These tools are very good and will enable me to express my vision without the newspaper deadline! I am free. A brief rant but I needed to say it.

Welcome back. My experience was similar - from film SLR to digital when I found my interest in photography waning. Then I happened upon a Yashica GTN in a pawn shop and figured that for $15 it couldn't be too bad. It was great. A couple of months later I had my R2a and 35 Ultron. I've never shot so much!

It feels nice doesn't it?
Me sold my digital about a month ago, never to look back.

Maybe perhaps I will get an Epson DRF someday.
For now, the R2 is doing a wonderful job for me.

I go through RF repentance about three times a day, but here we are. And better for it.
