The seller doesn't accept payment by VISA, so your $100 limit doesn't matter. 🙂 He doesn't take PayPal either, it appears, and specifies Money Order or Cashier's Check only. I suggest you use the Shipping Amount calculator over on the right below the last picture, and then wait for the seller to email you his address and the total amount. There's also a way there for you to request a total amount if he doesn't supply it right away. You have 10 days to mail him the payment, and mail will take some time, so you'll want to arrange either a money order or a bank cashier's check pretty soon. Looks like a nice camera! Good luck.

Since you're in Thailand, I think you can get an International Money Order for the amount from a post office or bank. A US$ bank draft from a bank would also work.
