They sure are. This makes up for the "old Yoghunder" and that "Cannon Camara" that I missed out on.Congratlaishons!! Ain't auctions a funnn thang?![]()
Lack of spell checker can often spell "serendipity" for the alert shopper.

Your right, Greyscale, but then, I'd shudder if I had won all the "Lecias" I've seen.

20 dollarettes, as used to say comrad Ruben, isn't highest price for T4...wait, were T4 sought after model of Yashica P&S? I think there are...at least, were. Is film P&S market going down?

btgc, searching eBay completed listings shows that the Yashica T4 still averages more than $150 final sale price. T4 Zoom and Super usually go a little higher. When mis-labeled as "Tashica" T4, however, price is not so high.
I've found a few that fly below the RADAR screen, mis-listed, misspelled, mis-described. Makes up for the ones described as "working perfectly" that don't.

My favourite was a "Rego", which turned out to be "FED" in Cyrillic but looked at and read when upside-down.
The "Zorka" was a nice camera too but I'm still looking for a "Lieca"...
Regards, David

I got the T4 in the mail today, and what a pretty little thing it is. Popped a battery in, everything seems to be working fine.
Time to take some pictures.
On a sad note, I really should have bid on that GR1 that was listed as "for parts, not working" that went unbid upon with a starting bid of $9.99, then was re-listed just now as being in excellent working condition. :bang: Win some, lose some.

Since my purchase of the Tashica, I have also purchased a couple other very nice off-brand cameras. Last week, I received an excellent Nilon One Touch. And now, I am awaiting delivery of the soon-to-be legendary Zuiko 38 M M. The Zuiko is a very special camera, most likely used by Ghost Hunters. It has "paranormal" mode for capturing those very difficult to shoot ectoplasmic beings.
