My company wants me to relocate to Taipei, more or less for good, from the US of A.

Are there any good photo stores there? Film, processing, B&W chemicals, etc.? Should I stock up on film before I head over there?

A lovely place. Although I have only worked there briefly I would not hesitate to move there. Don't forget HK is only an up and down flight away.
Good Luck.

It is convenient for developing films (positive, negative or B/W). Don’t worry about it.
Some information below:
#1 True color store (全彩現象)
2F., No.229, Sec. 2, Bade Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 105, Taiwan
#2 Chiuhua

BTW, if you want to buy cameras/lenses/films, “Boai Rd.” nearby is a good place.
Bo’ai Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City 100, Taiwan

Taipei is a very friendly city. Wish you have a nice trip.

I'd echo what Wayne said. My wife was at the Academia Sinica for a semester doing research and I visited for about three weeks. Amazing food! Very friendly people. Nice camera district. I didn't see a tenth of what there is to see. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Five color bird, on Roosevelt road, was a nice family-run processing lab while I was there. They do C41 and E6, sell some film too.

You certainly won't need to stock up on film or film supplies before heading to Taipei. Lots of places already mentioned by the previous posters. You could probably get a few more tips with any of the Taiwan-centric Flickr groups. Good luck!
