Despite all the problems the zeiss ikon gave me I cant beleive im going to say this but im looking for another. Recent events have me a little low on money but I might be able to afford a used one, if I can sell off some of my canon stuff then I might be able to pick up a new one.... I must be nuts....this camera keeps calling me back though....

I've seen some used ones in Tokyo shops but they aren't much cheaper than new.

I've seen your dilema with the new ZIs... I'm sure they are great cameras but have you considered a M6 (a few are listed for around $1000) or a M4(2,P)? My God man, enough struggling to get a good sample of a given camera is enough!

I know I know, I keep trying to tell myself that a bessa r2a would be a better choice and I can use the extra money for lenses, or tuition....damnation....
