I need a photo of a lens

I'm doing a small graphic layout that requires a straight-on photo of an RF lens.. the project isn't commercial, so I'm not too worried about copyright infringement

the print size is going to be a bit larger than life-size, so I'd ideally like an image that will be 5" wide/tall at 300 dpi.. but anything at even half that size would work

here's basically what I'm looking for (borrowed from the Zeiss site).. I'm not concerned about what lens brand/model

anybody able to find something online or have something I can use?
