I think this is a good deal. Please agree with me so I can go ahead with it:
Used M6 black. Missing original battery holder. A couple of wear marks near back door. Shutter speeds and meter perfect. $750 CDN. Whattaya think?

Can you hold it in hand, burn film and be sure there are no other faults? Or are you able to get a "no questions" warrantee on it? It's a big "maybe" camera. The price is seriously low - that sets my paranoia screaming. Normally that's $1200 USD camera... Ask yourself if you are really ready to bet on that seller's honesty...

I've held it in my hands, checked the RF alignment and had a camera shop verify the shutter and meter accuaracy on their machine. It is a private sale though, so no warranty.

Hmmm..Me thinks I would get it. I just paid a grand for a mint Wetzlar. But I am using it...a lot...like 2-3 rolls per day on jobs. A second body will be nice. I am hoping M6's drop a bit after the M8 becomes available.

Given that, grab and run like the devil is right behind you because someone might tell that seller how silly he's being... 😉 because that _is_ a silly low price... Good for you!

That could be a really good deal. Good luck & good light!
