All the good people who has taken the time to read my post, comment and give advice and share experiences.

Specially Erik, David, Ansel, Peter, Rob, Tony...

I know I can be a "little bit" annoying, but I'm always looking for the best compromise quality-weight-size...

And I think, finally I've found, here You are my precious new partner:

I can't be more happy and more confidence about myself, I know a M and asph lenses are much better but for what I want right now, which is travel light and enjoy, this is the best thing I could buy.

I was overthinking too much about gear gear and more gear, for a lot of time, which equipment has been used by this guy or another, Will I going to do the same with same equipment? Hunt and no think in my own photography. Then I read this: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s2/s...76dff2a43d9e/298010152e23572598947744acdffc29

I asked to myself: Am I doing the things I want to do? Am I the kind of photographer I want to be? Well I don't know yet, but think before take the picture, think in composition, in what I want to express is by far the most recommendable advice I've read or heard, and of course, stuck with one own equipment and Don't buy and sell too much.

So in the meantime I discover my final destination in this magical world of photography, I will walk by the path of the peace of mind and be honest with myself, learn more about my interior and try to express exteriorly. This summer will be me, my dear woman and family and the Leica II with a couple of lenses and dozens of rolls, travelling and enjoying.

Once again, thanks to all the fellaws here, one if not the greatest company I've had the pleasure to be a part of it.

I had a 1938 chromed IIa with an Elmar 50. Now I have an MP and is faster focusing and shoot soon after. IIa was incredibly small and all mechanisms silky. Although a tessar type scheme Elmar gave me images of threedimensional character, that I found now with my 50'cron. Your summitar must be excellent from this point of view. Enjoy.

You are right. Composition and light beats camera choice. Focus on the former and the later becomes almost irrelevant, as long as you are happy and comfortable using it.

For me that balance is currently a Leica M4 with 35 Cron ASPH. Small, light and capable of producing superb results.

Long live film.
