I recently bought a QL17 GIII from eBay for 22$, the GIII sticker is missing and the top plate has some numbers engraved but very good price for a fully working camera! I also bought one of those Wein batteries and the meter is perfect.

Rest of the photos are on my flickr

Nice! Check out my waterfall pic from Iceland posted in the gallery last night. I spent much more on my canonet and the meter doesn't work. :(

Just put some seals in one a couple of days ago, and took it for a test run yesterday. If the pics come out as nice as yours, Tomas, then I'll have to get another seal kit, as the one I fixed is going back to it's owner, and I've got one of my own sitting in the "To Repair" drawer. I like the way it feels in the hand, though the focus was a bit to get used to. I was constantly searching for the tab, but that was a minor thing to worry about. It's a very solid feeling camera.

Proof that you don't have to bring a big heavy camera with big heavy lenses to make good pictures... and yet, I will bring my DSLR with lenses ranging from 17mm to 400mm to Iceland :bang:

Thanks for sharing!
