"Aux Universal Finder" is the only title on this little jewel I found in the bottom of a case I recently bought. Can anywhere here figure out the brand?
The real hint will be in the red mark I suspect, but I can’t come up with anything for SW or WS. Certainly has me stumped so any help is appreciated.

Identifying a Universal Finder
On first look, it seems very close to the vintage Minolta 21 viewfinder. It could be a knock-off. But as the name states it was made for 21mm wide-angle lenses.
Yours is apparently multi-focal. (That is how I translate "universal" anyway, though it reads "wide" on the lens and I don't see any zoom ring.) Any idea about the focal lengths it covers ? Might give a hint...
