Ilford 3200 photomat choices....

I'm in the unfortunate position that I cannot develop in the closet I call home. However, I want to make the best of it. I have been shooting 3200 at 1600. When I take it to Yodobashi camera for processing, am I best served to have them processs at 1600 or 3200? Shots are all available light using the Hexar's internal meter. Looking to learn. I just don't have a lot of push/pull experience.
