Is there any problem with reusing bottles for chemical storage that were previously used for Kodak chemicals, with Ilford chemicals? The bottles have set in my parents house unused for nearly 30 years. I'd use the developer bottle for developer, etc.

Rinse them enough times to make sure they're clean - some components of oxidised developer can catalyse oxidation of fresh developer. If they are still airtight they should still be okay. Keep as much air out as you can and store in a cool, dark place. Pay attention to the manufacturer's instructions about storage life and if you are mixing any ascorbate developers including Kodak Xtol, be very careful.
