I can't say I use it regularly but like Tmax P3200 it serves a purpose. I have only used Tmax developer with it, my go to for pushed or very fast films. The darker the conditions the more I like it. Daylight and it gets rather grainy.

I rate Delta 3200 at EI 1200 when I want to preserve decent shadow detail, and I develop in XTOL 1:2 for 12 minutes at 68 deg F.

Thanks for the input. I plan on using it daylight/maybe indoors. I've read 800-1000 is a good ISO to try. I'll be shooting 6x9 so not too worried about grain

Real Men Shoot Film.
I shoot it fairly often. Like it best at 1600, but sometimes shoot it at 3200 when I need the speed. Kodak Tmax Developer has always been the best for me for both Delta 3200 and Kodak's Tmax 3200 films. Ilford DDX is said to be similar in image quality to Tmax Developer, so if you live somewhere where Ilford developers are easier to get, it should work fine, too.

Are you going to scan it or print it? Because that makes a difference. Also are you going to shoot it in 35 or 120?
The actual speed of Delta 3200 is around 1200 depending on your developer of course, so that is a good enough place to start.

I agree that EI 800-1000 is a good starting point. You'll preserve full shadow detail.
