Ilford recommends a 092 filter, would a 093 be better? What's the difference? Also is there a rule of thumb for exposing. Kind of like the Sunny 16 rule?

What is a 093 filter?
With the Wratten 89B expose it as if it was ASA12 film i.e. 1/15-16 or 1/60-5.6 in sunny day
1/60 - 2.8 in cludy day
