papoopa, I agree with CharJohn & the others who point at processing flaws.
Pan F is not a film i use often because of its inherent contrasty nature, but when i do it comes out clean and almost grainless even in big enlargements. I process most of the time in Pyrocat HD and never reuse developer or fixer when processing film. Here's one I printed a few hours ago.

Thanks Helen. Last roll of Pan F I shot was processed in Rodinal, and I must have screwed something up because it came out terrible. Will have to revisit that.
