I'm getting frustrated

Does anyone else have a problem with the way this site shows the various threads and responses? I have my CP settings to show the oldest thread first, but whenever I click on a thread I go a random posting. It might be the oldest response (#1) or it may just as likely be on page 2 or page 8 (if the thread is that long). I have gone to the CP to reset my preferences several times, but it just doesn't "take." :bang:
BTW, I am using a Mac with the Safari browser. Any help would be appreciated.

The setting for the oldest response is based on the cookies stored in your machine. It will go to the oldest one that you have yet to view since your last visit.

Only if you click in from the home page. If you got to a thread through the forums page it takes you to post 1.

Sounds like we are all experiencing the same thing, and I remember it always acting like this.
