Cameras are like bunnies
The mailman just brought me my Orion 15 28mm lens! I hoped I would get it before the weekend, and I was a bit disappointed when it didn't show up on friday. But now it's here and I really want to get out and test it. I guess it will be good for landscapes (I've seen some great examples in the gallery), but will it be usable for street photography?

Yes, Ebay. I'm a bit affraid to tell after Pherdinand's tread on sniping ( i feel like venting, indeed ), but I have been very happy using "AuctionSniper". It's similar to a normal Ebay bid; you put in the max. you want to pay on the AuctionSniper site and AuctionSniper places this bid in the last moment. This way there is little chance of getting outbid by 1 Euro and you don't have to be at your computer at inconvenient times. Offcourse if, at the moment of AuctionSniper's bid, the price is above your max. or another sniper places a higher bid, the result is the same as with a normal Ebay bid. And there is a small fee if you win.
Boom is an old industrial village halfway on the old road between Brussels and Antwerp.
