ah..gotcha..i continued to read on and figured it out.

Why leave? Is there a single specific reason why some members are leaving? Or do they all have their own personal grievances? If there is a single common complaint maybe it can be fixed. Otherwise if it's solely based on a general disinclination to adapt to change what can be done. Change happens. JImG
