The 1/2000 on the Bessa really comes in handy over a Leica, on a sunny day:

However, it was rebuilt by Brian Sweeney to focus close (.7m) and probably overall tweaked elsewhere.

It is very sharp on digital, with only a slight loss of contrast wide open vs stopped down, but there is visible distortion compared to say an expensive Leica or Zeiss piece, still I somehow can't help from shooting architecture with this lens!!

Very nice work. Out of curiosity, what year is your J3? Or rather what are the first 2 numbers of the serial number on the front of the lens?

We rarely get out that way, more likely south to tri-cities, or north to chelan or wenatchee.

Hey Spokane! Nice photo. I'm currently in Yakima but I grew up in Spokane.
