Images like the 50´s from modern Fuji gear

I remember seeing images from technical stuff in the early years of my life in magazines and catalogues. They had a special look. I tried to copy this look.
What do you think?

I have in mind the view of a longer focal length for 1950s camera product shooting, with a tonal look achieved in Lightroom by raising shadows 80% say, and dropping highlights around 20% and maybe then increasing contrast just slightly.
