Immaculate R-D1 Body Available

I've had a couple buyers back out on me so the body is still available right now.

R-D1 body with less than a thousand shots, purchased in August of this year (from Glazers in Seattle) and still under warranty (I will help you with warranty issues). The camera is immaculate with the only sign of wear being that the paint is worn off the little foot nubs on the bottom plate of the camera. The camera comes with all original packaging and contents including all CDs, strap, charger and (five original Epsons and a couple of third party) batteries. I’ll also include two 512MB Sandisk Ultra II SD cards.

Cost new (for all the above): $3500 Sell for: $2500

For now, yes. I think that given the age, condition of the body and the extras, the price is fair. My gut feel is that this is simply not the best time of the year to try to sell big ticket items. I may withdraw the body and put it on sale again once we're past Xmas and the New Year.

No problems at all, I would LOVE to be able to keep the camera, but I found that I really missed macro and long telephoto and thus I've moved back to a DSLR system, so the R-D1 has to go to finance the change! As I stated, it was purchased only 4 months ago and has a low count on it (it was a second body), so it is in excellent condition with all original packaging and contents, as well as many extras (batteries and SD cards).
