... I would be using two Leica R6.2 SLRs one with a 28 the other with a 75 and a Leica M6 with a 50... I would be shooting Kodachrome 64, 200 and Trix only for B&W.
But since it isn't, what do you do?
I shoot with two DSLRs and I hate them because they're heavy and in control of the image making more than me.
In an ideal world I would have an apartment in Kadriorg and another one somewhere by the mediterrenean sea. I would have a Leica MP and an M3. I would have a freezer which contains 1000 rolls of tri-x. I would know some languages (italian, spanish, norwegian, romanian, serbian, french and german). I would be a people person and I would travel a lot.
I dont live in an ideal world, but all of the above is attainable 🙂
In an ideal world I'd be dictating this message to Renee Zellweger . . .
Me too, but it would have to be the 15-pounds-overweight version from Bridget Jones's Diary. The skinny one I could take or leave.
So what is it about your SLR's that makes you feel less in control than with your RF's? I've been shooting lately with a Pentax ME Super and an R4A, and they both feel about the same in terms of both size and control.

Geez Rick, is there anything we can agree on? Do you like tofu burritos? The race-transcending raps of Vanilla Ice? The romantic landscapes of Thomas Kincaid? "Porky's III"? There has to be something. ;-)
You know what, Nh3, I missed that you said "DSLRs", not "SLRs." Can I recommend the Pentax K20D with old K and M42 lenses? The camera is set up better than most DSLRs for manual use--it is very easy to turn on and off the various forms of automation. It's also smaller, lighter, and more comfortable to hold than other cameras of its quality, and has a really nice sensor. Crop sensor, but still.
