Hi,
The gallery is down and I am going through a bit of withdrawal, so I thought why not get a thread started in Praise of Nikkor lenses. Does not matter if it is Pre-AI, Ai, Ai-s, AF, DX, or whatever as long as it is a Nikkor lens.
Here is my contribution.
The photos were shot with a Nikkor 105mm f2.5 AI-s with my FG.
To the moderators: I am sorry if this is not the correct forum to be posting in. If it needs to be moved please move it to the correct forum.

Helen,
Check out my other photos of the man in the 50/1.4 photo. His name is Richard Youse. He was 87 years old when I found him living in a dilapidated old farmhouse in rural Indiana. He lived there with his 15 cats, in the house he grew up in. He had never married or had children and lived with his parents working on the family farm, which he took over after they died decades ago. He passed away in 2005.

CK,
Who cares those portraits are FANTASTIC! The lens are Nikon. That is good enough for me.
