About 21mm... there a lot of good options.

I have VM 21mm 1.8 Ultron and I love this lens. I have a lot of pictures I made with it in summer, but all in film (M5).

In Search of the 21mm

At one time, the Nikkor 20mm f/3.5 was my widest lens for my 35mm SLR cameras. Today, the Nikkor 14mm f/2.8 is my widest.

At one time, the 35mm f/4.5 was the widest lens for my Argus C3 35mm rangefinder. Today, the Zeiss 21mm f/2.8 and the Leitz 21mm f/1.4 Summilux are my widest lenses for my 35mm rangefinders.

I have really enjoyed the ZM 21 4.5 C-Biogon, C for compact. It is sharp and straight and nice colours. For colour there is some purple fringeing with digital, which can be fixed, if it is noticeable. I mostly use it for black and white on digital. Stunning on the Monochrom.
