Hello everyone
The response I got from various communities and individuals after publishing the project is more than surprising - it seems like people simply love it. I would like to thank you all for the support, and for all the keen emails.
I have some good news - because of interest expressed, I am going to put together strictly limited, 50 copies edition of small-size photography book, containing the images from the web presentation plus a few previously unreleased images from the same set. This book will be available for sale shortly. It won't be expensive.
More info on that soon, and in the meantime - thank you once again for spending some of your virtual time with my grandparents

Came late to the party, but still managed to enjoy the show (so to speak). Thanks for posting your photographic essay, Wojtek! I no longer have parents and much less grandparents, but I found myself enjoying it... oddly, in a bittersweet way.
