Today is another record for RFF: 114 users online at the same time - at least according to the latest statistics, which might change as I write this.

We're growing in numbers, folks!

Let's all try to keep this place as cosy and polite as always :)

Regards to all!

Denis

"Most users ever online was 143 on Today at 16:27."
That is, one minute ago. Or, one hour and a minute?:)

EDIT: 161 online, one minute later. OMG, what is going on here???

They are all coming to look at the Leica Digital M. Its a great freak show attraction :)

There are currently 119 guests online. Must be that someone has posted a link to RFF on another forum or something. That's a really large number of guests.... Unusual.

Or maybe it's just slow Friday at work :)

Maybe everyone is going to the gallery to look at my X-700 for sale?

No, this place has grown up quite a bit in the past couple months.

we will likely continue to grow in spurts, i think that's how it's been so far.

there will always be a 'core' group that will hang in there and then some that come for a quick question or 2.
even with well over a 1000 members now i think we could pick out the couple dozen or so that keep this place alive and well.

Darn! I just started a thread about the huge number of users logged in today. In fact, I copied the text of the sidebar; it read like this: "There are currently 29 members and 76 guests on-line. Most users ever online was 166 on Today at 09:30."

Wow...

We're hot! ;) ;) ;)

On any forum this seems to be the norm. There is a core group of maybe 50-100 individuals who make up the bulk of the forum's intellectual capital. This group is augmented by lookie-loos, twinkies, and noobies. A site usually takes about 2-3 years to mature to this level.

If you are wondering...I am a twinkie and noobie....was a lookie-loo a month ago, but I've taken the plunge.
