Does anybody have an extra r72 infrared filter I could have? Just bought some rollei infrared film from freestyle. Need a good ir filter.

Buy a cheap one on Ebay. I don't think anyone will notice the difference. One thing that surprised me was that I used just for HofIt my R72 on Arista EDU ultra 100. I did a time of 30 minutes at f?? (I have it written somewhere, I think F4) and got this; windy day but it bright sun:

nikonosguy, you will probably need to specify what filter size you need.
I was about to suggest the old trick of making a DIY filter out of E6 film, if the cost of an "official" filter was too high. But then I realized that this may not work so well for the Rollei films due to their sensitivity cutting out at significantly shorter wavelengths than the Efke IR820 film (for which I previously used the trick successfully). Even with the Efke I found I needed at least a two stop increase in exposure time compared to a 720nm filter. So I am doubtful of how much utiilty could be made of the DIY E6 filter for this film.
