Well, for those who don't have time to read (it happens, it's not your fault!) it's about the new governement recognizing the application of the Terrorist Act within GB as a bit "over the top", and the article states that it should ease the work of us photographer when hanging around in Britain....

BBC World Service and BBC4 Radio both had a story on this topic over June 8, 9, 10, 2010. Seems ther were 'errors' in the application of the law by police, echoing the Guardian information.
