Interesting failure with IIIf

I've had an interesting failure with my Leica IIIf. I think I was a bit sloppy loading the film, since frames 0 and 1 overlap. Well I don't care about that, and frames 2, 3, 4 are just fine. Then frame 5 is totally messed up as you can see in the image below. Frames 6-37 are just perfect with absolutely even spacing and no problems whatsoever. Concentrating on frame 5, what could possibly have happened? As I remember it, I changed lenses (Summitar to 28mm Canon) after exposing frame 4. But how could that have caused such a huge light leak, if that's what it is?
And... the sun was behind me as I took this photo, and the camera was in a Zhou half-case.

That looks really, really strange... Try e-mailing a repairperson like Youxin Ye the image and asking his opinion on the matter.
 
Toni, I had a similar problem changing lenses. With the lens off the aperture is huge 😀. Light splashes around everywhere and I noticed the curtain was getting a bit thin, too.
Only advice I can offer is to find the shadiest place you can when changing lenses.
