Who would buy that? I don't change my diopter everyday. Or do I??

It is probably a dealers tool no? Have the customer find the right Diopter correction and sell that item.

that's exactly what it is...Hove's Leica Accesory Guide says it was made in 1955, a "Diopter Selector Disc" with -5 to +4 diopters "for the use of dealers."
