A very interesting article in the New Yorker on the allure of Leica.

Thanks, but this is probably second or third thread already pointing to that article since yesterday.

I read that article during yesterday morning and went home during my lunch break to get my M3 so I could use it rather than my DSLR during our Monday afternoon training meeting.

Compared to the Nikon DSLR I usually use for the meetings - the M3 was so quiet that no one paid it much attention.

The article was a good read in my opinion, but would it be so for someone who hadn't used a Leica?
