I think you should bring the 1lite (under the foma brand) + 5 litre d-76 packs (Kodak brand) + 5 litre fixer packs as well. (all avail in freestyle photo.biz). All in powder form.
If buying this is a hassle, you can always stopover in singapore to pick up the chemicals at Ruby Photos at Peninsula Shopping Centre.
If nothing else, the experience should be a blast, developing film in 86f temperature. (I half the normal 68 Fahrenheit time as a starting point) for 30c processing.
I doubt if the chemicals will pose a problem at the customs, just make sure it isn't opened. (I once made a mistake of bringing in Porcine sweat meat into the country, and I managed to make it bring it in after some bargaining).
