If I'm not mistaken, that's Dickey Chapelle, a National Geographic war photographer. She was the first female American journalist to be killed while covering a war.

Love this shot, post no Bills, love it, reminds me of my local bar, you cannot pay by card, it has a sign with the picture of Johny Cash, with the word: ONLY , below, right next to the till. Incidently l could looks at Helen's images all day, love the grain
