Hi everybody - I've been following Rangefinderforum for quite a while now.
I am Wouter van Oosterhout, live in Brazil, work in development cooperation. I am also a photography enthousiast, both taking pictures as well as messing around with (mostly vintage) equipment. I currently have and use an M6, M2, CL and IIIf, as well as a folder Bessa II, olympus 35sp and OM1. I use a summicron 35 1st version, summilux 50 and a summitar, looking for a 90 summicron or elmarit. I'll post some pics later on, of equipment and of pictures taken recently.
I am not totally unblemished on this forum. An issue was created two years ago, after I sold a Fujica G690 with two lenses to member fenio. I failed to send the repair manual in due time and this caused a misunderstanding. It became unpleasant and I backed off when the impression was created that I had cheated him (not having sold equipment according to description). Anyway I won't repeat the issue here, only state my willingness to discuss it anew should the opportunity arise. On ebay I have sold several cameras and lenses, under the identity 'blueeyesfoto'.
I tend to buy equipment off the brazilian ebay (www.mercadolivre.com.br) where I have come upon incredible deals. A canon 7sz with 50-0.95 for 200 dollars, an M3 for 150 bucks, etc. etc. I can alert you when something comes up, but you'd have to be able to communicate at least in spanish, better portuguese.
I think this is a great forum. I visit it 2 to 3 times a day, just to think and play with photography.
